Hello and welcome to the Physical Education page of Resurrection Catholic School! I am Mr. Engel and I'm excited to be a part of the RCS family.

Our Mission: In the Physical Education department, we are committed to providing a safe and engaging environment where students can develop physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a strong sense of personal responsibility. Our mission is to give students the skills and knowledge they need to lead healthy, active lives both inside and outside of school.

What We Offer:

• Team Sports: Students have the opportunity to participate in team sports like soccer, basketball, and volleyball, fostering teamwork and cooperation.

• Fitness Challenges: We host various fitness challenges throughout the year to encourage students to set and achieve personal fitness goals.

• Physical Activity: Our classes focus on regular physical activity, helping students build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
